This new setup aims to achieve greater control, agility and responsiveness to evolving operation needs to the dynamic operating environment for software delivery. Responsibilities • Support Head Product Management in managing multiple Product Teams, ensuring alignment in product development, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. • Coordinate product roadmaps, track team performance, and facilitate collaboration between Product Teams and the Engineering pillar, ensuring the technical guidance is effectively integrated into product development. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in product management, software development, or related areas • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, programming, product backlog management, and stakeholder coordination • Strong collaboration skills, adaptability, analytical thinking, structured written communication, and the ability to work independently across product teams All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
