Step 2 · The role
You will support the central coordination and delivery management of the Accelerate WOG AI Adoption Programme. This role focuses on programme execution, delivery tracking and operational support across participating agencies. Responsibilities - Coordinate programme activities, schedules and inter-agency meetings. - Track milestones, deliverables and risks, and support issue follow-up. - Prepare programme updates, dashboards and management reporting materials. - Maintain programme documentation and records. - Support logistics, procurement coordination and administrative processes related to programme activities. Requirements - At least 1 to 3 years working experience with Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business, HR, Marketing or related field. Fresh diploma/ degree holder is welcome to apply. - Experience in programme coordination or operations support is an advantage. - Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Able to manage multiple tasks and work with stakeholders across agencies.
