Intern - Digitalisation & Process Optimisation in Strategic Stakeholder Engage

You will be part of the Strategic Engagement team, in the Strategic Communications & Engagement Division (SCED). Your role will be to develop stakeholder management database and dashboards, evaluate and propose the use of digitalisation/ AI to streamline or automate routine work processes in stakeholder engagement, and support in coordination of stakeholder engagement programmes. Responsibilities > Review the existing stakeholder database structure and develop a database system and dashboard with the use of available software (e.g. MS Excel, Sharepoint, Power BI) > Evaluate and propose use of digitalisation/ AI to streamline or automate routine work processes in stakeholder management and engagement > Support the implementation of engagement touchpoints with key stakeholders to promote balanced understanding of MND’s policies Requirements > Proficiency in MS Excel for database, dashboarding and visualisation tools. Ideally familar with Sharepoint > Good written and verbal communication skills > Creative and resourceful individual who is able to work well with a diverse group of stakeholders > Good team player with strong interpersonal and project management skills > Interest in leveraging qualitative and quantitative tools/ platforms > Self-motivated and able to work independently > Open to learning new skills (e.g. presentation) and new tools (e.g. GovTech tools/solutions) on the job
