Estates Manager (Operations & Maintenance)

You will be responsible for the effective management of estate functions including daily operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, hygiene and cleanliness standards. The role requires close coordination with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence. Responsibilities • Monitor and report on contract performance and project timelines. • Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, technical specifications, budgetary controls and building regulations. • Manage maintenance programmes to ensure facilities remain operational and serviceable. • Coordinate with contractors and service providers to deliver quality outcomes. • Maintain a high state of operational readiness and respond promptly to building related emergencies on a 24/7 basis. Requirements • Degree in Facilities Management, Building Engineering, Estate Management or related disciplines. • Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills. • Digitally savvy with an interest in leveraging AI tools, data analytics and technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, maintenance planning and service delivery. • Self motivated, adaptable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
