About CSA Established in 2015, the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) seeks to keep Singapore’s cyberspace safe and secure to underpin our Nation Security, power a Digital Economy and protect our Digital Way of Life. It maintains an oversight of national cybersecurity functions and works with sector leads to protect Singapore’s Critical Information Infrastructure. CSA also engages with various stakeholders to heighten cyber security awareness, build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem supported by a robust workforce, pursue international partnerships and drive regional cybersecurity capacity building programmes. CSA is part of the Prime Minister’s Office and is managed by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information. For more news and information, please visit www.csa.gov.sg Responsibilities Responsibilities • Manage effective and timely end-to-end processing of agency’s purchase requests, quotations and tenders, including calling, evaluation and award. • Support and provide timely procurement advice to users as Business Partner to ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes. • Assess the potential pitfalls and risks related to procurement, contractual and supplier management, and recommend appropriate mitigation plans to minimize potential disruption to CSA’s operations. • Oversee agency’s procurement systems and provide administration support to meet operational and regulatory requirements • Implement innovative procurement solutions to improve productivity and manage rapid technological changes and evolving cyber-related risks/threats. • Perform data analytics and generate insights for procurement to drive evidence-based decision making and improve efficiency of procurement processes. • Improve outreach, conduct training and facilitate dialogue among the community within the agency. • Other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements Requirements • A tertiary qualification in any discipline; a background in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity is an advantage. • Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in Procurement, Contract Management or a related field; • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and advise stakeholders at various levels; • A proactive, self-motivated disposition with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team player. • A positive mindset and willingness to go beyond the scope of procurement work to support the agency’s broader mission.
