Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Pharmaceutical Science) - Sch of Applied Sc

You will be working in the School of Applied Science to plan, develop and teach pharmaceutical science specialised learning units for Pre-Employment Training (PET) or Continuing Education and Training (CET) learners. Responsibilities • Responsible for curriculum development and delivery, project supervision, assessment setting and marking for Pre-Employment Training (PET) or Continuing Education and Training (CET). • Coach and mentor students and be involved in student development activities beyond the classroom. • Collaborate with industry to enhance students’ learning. • Participate in committees and contribute to administrative/ management tasks. #LI-Hybrid Requirements Requirements: • Relevant qualification in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or related degree. • Minimum 3 years of industry experience in clinical trials operations and coordination, particularly in the following areas: • • Clinical Patient Care Skills (e.g., First Aid, Phlebotomy, ECG monitoring and interpretation, Parenteral Drug Administration) • Research Ethics • Good Clinical Practice • Clinical Trials/Project Management • Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board is an added advantage. • Passionate about training, mentoring and motivating youth and adult learners. • Proficient in IT applications. Familiarity with data analytics and AI tools will be an added advantage. • People-oriented individual with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. • Keen interest in developing new capabilities through projects and self-learning.
