[LTA-TRO] SENIOR/EXECUTIVE, VIOLATION MANAGEMENT Responsibilities You will support the administration of violation management operations by processing violation data, monitoring case statistics, and managing public feedback and enquiries. The role requires analytical, communication, and coordination skills to ensure timely responses, accurate record-keeping, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements • Proficient in MS Office applications, including intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables) • Good office operations, coordination skillset and able to work independently and as a team • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to engage and handle members of public face to face and via phone calls • On-the-job training will be given on usage of internal systems As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.
