Application Developer (1 year)

Responsibilities Responsibilities: • Solution Design & Development – Translate business requirements, user stories and prototypes into practical digital solutions using appropriate WOG technology platforms and tools. • Progressive Delivery – Develop, test and roll out business solutions and automation initiatives according to agreed priorities. • Workflow & Integration – Build workflows, notifications and integrations using available WOG technology platforms and tools. • Testing & Deployment – Support testing and UAT, resolve defects, and deploy across required environments. • Solution Quality & Support – Ensure security, reliability, maintainability, performance, access control and auditability. • Enhancement & Stabilisation – Resolve production issues and implement prioritised enhancements. • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer – Maintain documentation and transfer knowledge for ongoing support. • Stakeholder Collaboration – Clarify requirements and report progress, risks and dependencies to business and IT stakeholders. Requirements We prefer candidates with the following experience: • Application development using low-code/no-code or conventional development platforms • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint Online / Microsoft Lists • Ability to translate business requirements and user stories into working solutions • Experience in testing, troubleshooting, environment management and deployment • Familiarity with access control, data protection and Power Platform governance • Power Platform certification is advantageous but not mandatory And attributes: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Able to recommend practical solutions and explain technical risks clearly • Able to work independently and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders • Results-oriented and able to deliver progressively within timelines Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
