Responsibilities As a Senior Security Policy Officer, you will support the development and review of protective security policies to help safeguard Singapore’s security landscape. You will conduct in-depth research on global best practices and trends in protective security to drive policy updates. Through cross-agency collaboration, you will refine current policies and processes to identify areas for improvement. You will support workforce planning and training initiatives to strengthen operational readiness and resilience. Your work will directly contribute to making protective security operations more effective and efficient. Requirements • Degree in any discipline or equivalent competencies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Able to work independently, as well as in a team. • Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills in a dynamic operating environment. • Only Singaporeans need apply.
