Manager (Process Re-Engineering & Digitalisation)

You drive organisational efficiency and digital innovation by identifying and implementing automation solutions, and leading process re-engineering efforts to transform manual, labour-intensive tasks into streamlined, digital-first processes. Responsibilities - Drive organisational efficiency by identifying and implementing automation solutions, including the use of Robotics Process Automation (RPA), AI agents and macro-based tools - Manage and oversee access rights and user permissions to ensure secure and compliant digital operations - Lead re-engineering efforts to transform manual tasks into streamlined, digital-first processes - Actively explore and propose new digital tools and technologies to enhance daily operational workflows Challenge(s) - Identifying and implementing effective automation solutions across diverse operational workflows while ensuring secure and compliant access rights governance Requirements - Education in Computer Science, Programming, Digitalisation or a related technical field is preferred - Proficiency in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools and macro-based automation - Ability to manage and engage diverse stakeholders - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
