Responsibilities You will support the Land Management Team from the Sport Infrastructure Group in administrative and operational support for leasing and tenancy matters. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, assisting with document preparation, tenancy record maintenance, revenue monitoring, payment tracking, arrears management, valuation request coordination, tenant enquiries, and asset record reconciliation. You will be reporting to the Assistant Director, Land Management. In this role, You will: • Prepare, check, and verify leasing and tenancy-related documents for input into the relevant system to support the monitoring of revenue. • Update and maintain the monthly tenancy schedule to ensure that tenancy details are accurate and current. • Track and monitor ad-hoc and recurring rentals, fees, and other related payments. • Assist in managing valuation requests, including coordinating the required information and verifying payment details where applicable. • Monitor outstanding arrears owed by tenants and assist in following up on overdue payments. • Attend to enquiries and feedback from tenants and members of the public on land, leasing, and tenancy matters, and escalate complex cases where necessary. • Reconcile asset records to ensure that the information is consistent, complete, and properly maintained. Conduct site visit to the premises to verify the records. • Assist with procurement of services related to leasing and tenancy matters, including preparing procurement documents, obtaining quotations where required, coordinating approvals, and tracking service delivery. • Assist with filing, record-keeping, data entry, and other administrative tasks related to leasing and tenancy matters. • Support any other duties assigned that are related to leasing, tenancy administration, revenue tracking, or asset management. Requirements We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • Preferably with prior administrative experience in leasing, tenancy management, revenue tracking, or a related area. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling information. • Able to work independently and follow up on outstanding matters in a timely and systematic manner. • Comfortable handling data entry, document verification, record reconciliation, and basic reporting tasks. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues. • Positive, pro-active and good team player. • Passion to work in sports industry.
