Step 2 · The role
As a Senior Executive/Deputy Manager/Manager in the International Office, you will be responsible for managing ITE's international partnerships, programmes, and visits, while fostering close ties with ITE's global network of education partners. You will play a key role in ensuring that international collaborations are well-coordinated and impactful, creating meaningful opportunities for ITE students and staff to engage with the world. Responsibilities • Manage ITE's network of international partners, assist in the management of MOUs with partner institutions, and identify new collaboration opportunities • Plan and host visits by international delegations, government officials, and corporate partners to ITE, managing end-to-end logistics, programmes, and corporate hospitality • Coordinate overseas trips by management and staff to partner institutions • Track student and staff engagements with international partners, and support ITE HQ and Colleges to facilitate these opportunities • Maintain records and prepare data on partnership engagements, visits, and programmes for management reporting, and liaise with government agencies on international relations matters as required Requirements • A background in international relations, education administration, event management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience, is preferred. • Cross-cultural awareness and an open disposition towards engaging people from diverse backgrounds, with a keen interest in international relations • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and engage effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders • A resilient and resourceful self-starter who takes ownership of the role and works well both independently and as part of a team • Adaptable and versatile, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, respond quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Strong writing, communication and organisational skills, and attentiveness to detail
