This is a 2-year contract position as Senior Executive, Internship Management in Careers & Global Immersion. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: • Coordinate and administer student internship operations to ensure a smooth, timely and positive experience for students, academic schools and industry partners. • Support the administration and enhancement of the Internship Management System to improve user experience, process efficiency and data accuracy. • Work closely with key stakeholders to support effective communication, alignment and collaboration on internship matters. • Respond to enquiries and feedback from NP internship supervisors, internship companies, students and parents, providing timely and service-oriented support. • Leverage data tools to develop dashboards and reports that generate insights for enhancing internship quality, student experience and industry partnership development. • Contribute to the review, improvement and digitalisation of internship-related processes to strengthen operational effectiveness and service delivery. • Provide administrative and operational support to enable the effective delivery of internship programmes across the Polytechnic. Requirements • Service-oriented, empathetic and human-centred, with the ability to understand user needs and translate them into clear process improvements • Tech-savvy and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve productivity through digitalisation and better use of systems • Data-driven, with the skills to interpret data and trends, the knowledge to apply insights to decision-making, and the attributes to be curious, analytical and evidence-based in improving processes and outcomes • Collaborative team player who is adaptable, resourceful and open to taking on new challenges • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage a range of internal and external stakeholders • Experience with the following tools would be advantageous: Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI and Microsoft Copilot
