Senior Facilities Manager / Facilities Manager (Integrated Development) We are seeking a skilled Manager with Property / Building Management experience to join our team and oversee the management of integrated community development projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the operational efficiency, sustainability, and regulatory compliance of our building . Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities to meet operational and user requirements, including Green Mark requirements; • Manage, develop and report maintenance and cyclical replacement budgets, strategies, and track expenses and forecast of expenses; • Develop and monitor maintenance contracts, KPIs, and service improvement strategies, including calling of maintenance contracts; • Lead maintenance programs, manage vendors, and drive energy-efficient, green initiatives; • Supervise vendors and contractors, including reviewing of performance, on the maintenance and facilities management of completed Integrated Community Developments and any other State properties as and when required; and • Ensure proper handing over/ taking over of buildings, facilities and premises Requirements • Qualification in Facilities Management, Building, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field. • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in all areas in building management, which includes operations, facilities and engineering functions or related experience in retail/ commercial/ mixed-use developments. • Experience in management of integrated community development and Managing Agent is a plus. • Knowledge of best practices in building management and green building certifications. • Certified Fire Safety Manager, Singapore Certified Energy Manager or Green Mark Manager/ Professional is preferred. • Strong project administration, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
