The Ministry of National Development (MND) is Singapore’s lead agency for the project. Singapore and China have been working closely to drive the further physical development of TEC and promote the growth of its green and low-carbon sectors. Requirements Applicants are required to have: • At least 5 years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: public policy, government affairs, international engagement, foreign policy; • Experience working in China, or a China-focused role, preferably involving engagements with Chinese officials; • Strong command of written and spoken Chinese; • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills; and • Experience in organising visits, meetings and events for senior executives and/or government officials.
