imPAct@Hong Lim Green (iHLG) is an innovative incubation space dedicated to empowering and enabling working professionals to create change and make a difference in the community through a suite of curated programmes and volunteering opportunities. As a Manager, you will develop and deliver programmes and initiatives that engage working professionals and enable meaningful participation in community and volunteering efforts. You will manage assigned programmes and partnerships, engage volunteers and stakeholders, and support communications and operational requirements to ensure effective delivery of initiatives. The role involves shift work, including weekday evenings and weekends, and requires strong coordination, stakeholder management and hands-on execution. Responsibilities Programme Development & Engagement • Develop and manage assigned programmes, volunteering opportunities and engagement initiatives end-to-end, from conceptualisation and planning through to implementation and review. • Work with partners and stakeholders to co-curate programmes that respond to community needs and provide meaningful participation opportunities, and coordinate with vendors and trainers as required for programme delivery. • Plan and coordinate events, roadshows and outreach initiatives that promote participation in iHLG’s programmes and activities. • Gather participant feedback and relevant programme data to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned corporate, community and cause-based partners to support iHLG’s programmes and initiatives. • Work with partners to identify opportunities for collaboration, volunteering, sponsorship and programme participation. • Maintain regular engagement with partners and follow through on agreed actions and deliverables. Volunteer & Community Engagement • Recruit, onboard and engage volunteers for iHLG’s programmes and volunteering opportunities. • Coordinate the participation of volunteers from corporate and community partners. • Support initiatives that encourage continued volunteer participation and strengthen engagement with iHLG. Communications & Operations Support • Support the implementation of marketing and communications for assigned programmes and initiatives, in line with iHLG’s overall brand and communications direction. • Develop and coordinate programme content and publicity materials across relevant channels and platforms. • Track engagement and feedback to identify opportunities to improve programme communications and audience experience. • Coordinate administrative, facility, procurement and other operational requirements necessary for the effective delivery of assigned programmes and activities. • Support cross-team and organisational projects where required. Requirements Minimum Requirements: • Able to work shifts, including weekday evenings and weekends. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant experience in programme development, stakeholder engagement, community engagement, marketing and communications, or related areas would be an advantage. • Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities, work effectively with different stakeholders and communicate ideas clearly.
