Step 2 · The role
Officer will be part of CRRU to lead, drive and execute enterprise risk management and business continuity management programmes to strengthen organizational resilience through the following: Responsibilities • Planning and implementation of key enhancements to risk and resilience operations. • Drive organisation-wide cycle activities, including framework and methodology reviews, risk reviews, training, test and exercise and maintenance of crisis management plans. • Partner divisions in risk and resilience journeys to assess and address strategic, operational and emerging risk and opportunities. • Develop and deliver competency and community engagement campaigns for culture building. Requirements • At least 6 years of work experience, preferably related to corporate governance, risk management, business continuity management, internal audit or other risk-related functions. • Proven track record in programme delivery across multiple teams and stakeholder groups, with strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills to build trusted partnerships and provide constructive advisory inputs. • Familiarity with relevant standards and best practices in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM), such as ISO 31000, ISO 22301, and COSO. Related professional certifications are an advantage. • Proficient in M365 productivity tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power Platform; experience with other tools and technologies to drive smarter ways of working is a plus. Familiarity with data analytic tools, such as Tableau, Power BI and SQL, would be preferred. • Confident, adaptable, and collaborative, with a positive attitude towards continuous learning. • Strong command of written and spoken English.
