Director (Construction Transformation and Technology Department)

You will be part of a team that drives construction productivity through technology adoption and process transformation. Responsibilities Responsibilities You will be part of the management team which develops and implements strategies to drive industry-level adoption of construction technologies [e.g. Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA), robotics and automation] and lean construction practices. You will have to formulate strategies and initiatives to transform construction methodologies and processes at scale and engage stakeholders to address implementation challenges. Requirements Requirements • Good understanding of industry practices to assess transformative impact and relevance of technologies. • Possesses strong leadership qualities, sectoral knowledge and can think strategically. • Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders (internal and external) • Self-driven individual who champions excellence and innovation
