Administration SupportAcademic Operationscontractmanager

As a Manager/ Senior Manager in the Pre-School Education Branch, Schools Division, you will be part of a passionate team committed to raising the quality of pre-school education in Singapore. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of key initiatives and projects to ensure that projects are well-executed, stakeholders are effectively engaged, and organisational priorities are achieved. Responsibilities • Support and manage the planning and implementation of projects and initiatives (e.g. project planning, progress tracking, risks and issues management), ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, timelines, and intended outcomes • Manage and coordinate with stakeholders (e.g. government agencies, partners, vendors) to facilitate collaboration and smooth execution of workstreams • Manage procurement and financial processes related to projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant government procurement and financial policies and guidelines • Leverage data and digital solutions to support project implementation, operational planning and continuous improvement including analysing data and preparing reports, presentations and briefing materials to generate insights and support evidence-based decision-making • Support cross-functional and sector-level initiatives, working across teams to advance organisational priorities and achieve desired outcomes Requirements • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in areas such as stakeholder management, communications, project management, or a related field • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with experience coordinating and working collaboratively across internal and external teams • Experience in procurement and financial processes or in digtalisation, systems implementation or data analytics would be an advantage • Ability to exercise professionalism and sound judgement, with strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement practical solutions • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams effectively in a dynamic environment As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
