[PDMD] Manager, Product Design & Management Department (1-Year Contract)

Responsibilities Support Business Owner to drive product delivery and ensure system capabilities meet business and user needs. Product Ownership & Backlog Management Own and maintain a prioritised product backlog, translating business requirements into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and quality delivery of features. Business Process & System Improvement Review existing business processes and system designs to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to define requirements for process and system enhancements, and oversee the implementation of changes. Quality Assurance & Testing Define acceptance criteria that can be effectively translated into test cases, and lead user acceptance testing to validate that delivered features meet business requirements. Identify gaps and risks in system design and processes, and implement appropriate controls to mitigate them. Monitor system performance and transactions following releases to ensure stability and proper functioning. Requirements • Professional Qualification in Business Analytics / Information Technology or related discipline • Min 2 years of experience with product development, business process analysis and system implementation
