[LTA-PT] DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, DATA SUPPLY (FARES) Responsibilities You will be part of the Data Supply (Fares) team under Bus Information Systems, supporting the planning and management of bus‑related data. This includes working with public bus operators on ticketing system matters, such as updating and checking system information to support changes to bus services. You will support bus ticketing system checks, review operator reports, maintain route distance records, and coordinate updates to public transport information platforms. In addition, you will be involved in supporting Public Transport directorate or LTA initiatives and performing other duties as assigned. Requirements • Knowldege in any discipline. We welcome fresh graduates and candidates from all backgrounds; experience in the engineering, transport industry or familiarity with the local bus domain would be an added advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. • A keen interest in data analysis and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools is essential. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to motivate others and work effectively as a team player with both internal and external stakeholders. • Process-oriented, organised, and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills. • Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is advantageous. • Must be comfortable working in both office and on-site environments, including bus interchanges, depots, and other transport nodes. As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.
