Are you passionate about youth development and making a real difference in Singapore? In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in partnership building, programme management, grant administration, and data analytics, while building a cross-sector network spanning government, corporates, nonprofits, and philanthropic organisations. About the Partnership Lab The Partnership Lab is NYC's strategic engine for 4P collaboration — working across the Public, People, Private, and Philanthropic sectors to co-create opportunities for youth development. We design programmes, structure grants, build data systems, and continuously improve the processes that make partnerships count. Responsibilities Partnership Development • Build and manage partnerships across the public, people, private, and philanthropic sectors to create meaningful opportunities for youths. • Set up and manage grants and tools, including AI and data visualisation, to ensure partnerships deliver lasting impact. Programme Design • Co-design and manage youth programmes with partners, including the National Youth Mentoring Movement, Job Tasters, Youth-Led Projects, Curiosity Credits, and Financial and AI Literacy initiatives, to connect youths with mentors and organisations. • Track programme performance by gathering feedback, analysing data from NYC's platforms (e.g. DISCOVER), and building dashboards to support decision-making. Grants and Procurement Management • Manage the full grant lifecycle, from reviewing applications to disbursing funds and closing grants. • Manage end-to-end procurement processes in accordance with government guidelines, ensuring prudent use of public funds and identifying opportunities for improvement. Requirements • Strong communication and writing skills to engage effectively with youths, partners, and senior leaders across sectors. • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments. • Strong analytical skills, including data management and critical thinking. • Experience or interest in working with youth groups or community organisations. • Experience in mentoring, career transition support, or youth civic action and community-building. • Knowledge of or interest in AI, technology skills development, or grant lifecycle management and compliance. • Willingness to commit to occasional weekend work when required for programmes. • Curious, accountable, and committed individuals with up to 3 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
