Statistical Executive, Data Collection, MRSD

The candidate will join the Data Collection team of the Manpower Research & Statistics Department. The department produces a wide range of national labour market statistics to facilitate informed decision-making within the government and the community-at-large. Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate official surveys, ensuring they are completed with high response rates • Provide regular updates of survey progress and survey statistics to senior management • Conduct after-action reviews to improve processes and propose new initiatives • Provide guidance and advice to survey supervisors and interviewers to ensure that surveys are conducted in a timely and reliable manner • Coordinate with relevant teams to provide solutions for escalated cases • Analyze data collected to ensure that they are of good quality • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements • Diploma holder with a preferred field of study in Business or Communication Studies • Good eye for details and keen on the research • Good communication skills, particularly in written communications • Ability to maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
