Step 2 · The role

You will play a key role to support the development and delivery of NYP’s pastoral care and mental wellness programmes. You will lead end-to-end programme implementation including stakeholder engagement, administration and resource planning while bridging strategy and ground execution. Key areas of focus include the Mental Wellness and Peer Supporter programmes, partnership building, student development and using data insights to enhance programme impact. Responsibilities Programme Management & Operations • Manage end-to-end operations for Mental Wellness and Peer Supporter programmes • Oversee training administration, scheduling, student registration and attendance and communications. • Support budgeting, procurement and resource planning • Streamline internal processes and service workflows • Strengthen institutional pastoral care and student support frameworks Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships • Engage internal stakeholders across schools and departments • Build partnerships with government and community organisations • Support cross-functional and inter-institution collaborations • Contribute to sector-wide mental wellness workgroups Data, Research & Reporting • Administer instituted surveys for students • Manage data collection, analysis coordination, reporting and proposal development • Translate insights into programme improvements • Support policy-level data requests and external stakeholder engagement Requirements • Relevant qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Education or a related field • Experience in programme management, student development or mental wellness initiatives, preferably in an educational setting • Familiarity with national mental health frameworks and youth support systems is an advantage Key Competencies • Proven ability to manage end-to-end programmes, including planning, operations and scaling with strong project management and organisational skills • Effective in engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, with strong communication skills to build trusted relationships and drive initiatives • Passionate about student wellbeing and leadership development with experience in engaging or mentoring youth and fostering inclusive environments • Able to manage surveys and data, translate insights into improvements, and drive continuous programme enhancement • Collaborative, empathetic, and detail-oriented, with high integrity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning #LI-Onsite
