Step 2 · The role
You will be part of the Partnerships Management team, providing operational and administrative support for Anchor Programme Partners (APPs) under the Workforce Development Grant (WDG) and Career Conversion Programme (CCP) initiatives. This role is complementary to the existing team and focuses on operational coordination, data tracking, and documentation support. Responsibilities This includes: 1. Supporting account management for Anchor Programme Partners by maintaining regular touchpoints on operational matters and helping to document and follow up on issues discussed. 2. Tracking and consolidating performance data for Anchor Programme Partners under SkillsFuture for Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+) (WDG(JR+)) and Career Conversion Programmes and preparing reports for team’s review. This may include assisting in dashboard creation, and the use of AI tools to improve the efficiency of data collation and analysis 3. Maintaining and updating operational guides for anchor Programme Partners to ensure accuracy and relevance. 4. Acting as data coordinator and liaison for relevant programmes, working closely with internal divisions. 5. Assisting in the consolidation and processing of administrative requests, including TechPass setup and account configuration. 6. Supporting programme partners in the upkeep of programme documentation and reporting, including following through on audit findings to ensure timely resolution. Required Skills and Competencies: 1. Programme Monitoring: Experience in tracking programme performance with strong attention to detail. 2. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Ability to analyse programme performance using key metrics, identify trends, and surface insights to support decision-making. 3. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with partners and prepare operational documents. 4. Coordination and Administration: Organised and meticulous in managing administrative processes across multiple workstreams. 5. Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying operational issues and working with relevant parties to implement solutions. 6. AI Competency: Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus, with an ability to leverage them to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. Requirements Knowledge and Skills: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Prior experience in programme management or account management, preferably in a government agency (Ministry or Statutory Board). Knowledge of workforce development or human capital initiatives would be advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Detail-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change. Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Abilities/Aptitudes: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions Able to work well both independently and in teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Highly adaptable and receptive to ambiguity and changes Only candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Manager position, with a commensurate remuneration
