As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Psychological Services in the Special Educational Needs Division (SEND), you will be part of the team supporting the strengthening of the professional standards and regulatory framework for Educational Psychologists (EPs) across the education sector, working closely with relevant stakeholders to develop and maintain the processes that underpin this national effort. Responsibilities • Oversee the administrative, monitoring and evaluative processes related to the mandatory registration of EPs • Support inter-agency meetings and coordinate with relevant agencies and ministries across related workstreams • Engage a range of stakeholders as part of broader outreach and consultation efforts • Contribute to the design, beta-testing and piloting of professional development programmes and continuing professional education courses for EPs Requirements • At least 3 years of working experience in a psychology-related, public sector, or programme administration role; experience as an Associate Psychologist or equivalent would be an advantage • Strong organisational and coordination skills with experience in stakeholder liaison or programme administration • Good team player with excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration • Independent and self-driven with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and administrative priorities • Tech-driven mindset with ability to conduct process reviews and leverage technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
