Policy FormulationPolicy & Planningcontractmanager

The Assurance, Care and Engagement Group (ACE), a division under the Ministry of Manpower, improves the well-being of migrant workers by enhancing the healthcare, housing and social aspects of the migrant worker landscape. The Clinical Quality and Audit branch of the Medical Policy Department under ACE Group plan, develop and implement pro-active programmes and actions (including conducting reviews and audits), to ensure appropriate standards of care of primary care areas of services are robustly implemented in the primary care system for migrant workers. You will work closely with departments within ACE group and various stakeholders to build a supportive health ecosystem for migrant workers. Responsibilities • Plan, develop, and implement strategies, standards and standardised audit tools, related to primary care clinical quality, audit, improvement and governance framework • Conduct periodic service-level audits and engagement with medical services providers to ensure that robust clinical standards are implemented and adhered to in various primary care domains and settings including telemedicine, mobile medical teams, medical centres, etc. • Partner stakeholders such as primary care medical service providers, public healthcare institutions, MOH, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and other agencies in driving excellence in clinical quality, clinical governance, and healthcare improvement efforts for the migrant workers. Requirements • A tertiary education, background in nursing, allied health or a healthcare professional discipline is preferred. • Good administrative and writing skills. • Familiarity with quality improvement principles and tools will be useful • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Relevant experience in clinical quality, audits, healthcare services development and planning will be an advantage.
