We welcome you to join our team as: SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER FAMILY DIVISION FAMILY JUSTICE COURTS The successful candidate will play a critical role in the day-to-day scheduling of judicial officers at the Family Justice Courts. This involves balancing court resources with judicial availability and workload requirements, while providing administrative support to streamline workflow processes and uphold institutional standards. Responsibilities Roster Management • Responsible for the effective management of judicial officers’ hearing schedules to support the smooth running of court operations. • Maintain an up-to-date roster, as well as managing urgent adjustments. • Primary point of contact for judicial officers on all roster-related enquiries, working closely with court registries and administrative units across divisions. • Monitor judicial workloads and court utilisation rates to ensure fair distribution and efficient allocation of resources. • Compile regular statistics and analytics on court resource utilisation for management review. Continuous Improvement • Participate in projects to improve operational processes, workflows and service delivery. • Contribute to the review and enhancement of standard operating procedures and work practices. • Support digitalisation, innovation and transformation initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and improve court user experience. Requirements • At least 3 years of relevant working experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using technology to support operational work. • Strong administrative and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to exercise tact, discretion, and professionalism when dealing with diverse internal stakeholders. • Able to multi-task and deliver quality work within tight timelines. • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within and across teams. • Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. • Experience in public sector operations, legal administration, or case management would be an added advantage. The successful candidate will be appointed on a one-year probationary contract in the first instance. Only short-listed candidates will be notified.
