Principal / Senior Executive, Heavy Vehicle Parking Responsibilities You will be part of a team managing the processing of applications for licences to operate Heavy Vehicle (HV) Parks and Vehicle Parking Certificates. The work involves interaction with the heavy vehicle park operators and heavy vehicle owners. You will be responsible in carrying out investigations at HV parking places and take enforcement actions against HV operators who cause obstructions on licensed parking lots. Your duties also include responding to customer requests and inquiries via the telephone or in person. You will conduct user acceptance testing on new system functionalities when there are changes to business processes or follow-up testing for validation of identified issues. You will be expected to summarize large quantities of data, crunch, analyse and get fruitful results for complex queries using advanced excel functions and formulas. Requirements • Knowledge in any discipline • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel • Experience in enforcement will be a strong bonus • Good writing and communication skills • A flair in interacting and handling customers • Highly adaptable, able to work independently and multi-task • Preferably with a Class 3 drivers license • Proficiency in Mandarin or Chinese dialects would be an advantage, as the role requires engagement with SME stakeholders who may prefer to communicate in these languages As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and /or undergo further assessment.
