The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 12-months Full-time contract. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. Responsibilities • Plan and manage the implementation of Active Masters ActiveX programmes. • Create experiential sporting experience to seniors and children/youth by innovating, promoting and delivering quality programmes through the creation of opportunities and networking with key partners to leverage on each other’s strength and resources. • Collaborate with external partners such as AACs and schools to increase outreach to seniors and children/youth respectively. • Collaborate with internal partners to leverage on expertise and resources. • Collect data and compile for analysis • Support the team in planning and implementation of events/programmes. Requirements Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • A degree in Sport Management or Event Management is advantageous. • Proficient in English and possess strong language and communication (written and verbal) skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations • Possess excellent attention to detail, good time management skills, adaptable to changing work requirements and willing to take on new challenges • Have a proactive mindset and a good team player • Maybe required to work on weekend and Public Holiday
