Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: The Assistant Manager/Manager will work closely with the Assistant Director of Preschool and Parent Programme Development team to design, develop, and deliver impactful programmes and initiatives that increase sport and physical activity participation among preschool-aged children and parents, while co-creating meaningful, evidence-based experiences with partners and stakeholders in line with SportSG's design principles. Through these efforts, the incumbent will contribute to SportSG's mission of transforming health and wellness mindsets and fostering a culture of care and inclusivity in the community through sport. You will also fulfil the following responsibilities: 1. Programme Development & Partnership Management • Support the design and development of preschool and parent-child programmes, events, and initiatives with partners and stakeholders. • Identify and engage stakeholders and like-minded organisations that align with SportSG’s Preschool and Parent Programme Development mission. • Co-create programs and initiatives with partners, incorporating SportSG’s design principles to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. • Support the end-to-end programme development and operations, ensuring seamless delivery and high participant satisfaction. • Support the end-to-end programme development and operations, ensuring seamless delivery and high participant satisfaction. 2. Outreach & Communications • Identify and engage stakeholders, organisations and parent communities that align with Nurture Kids/Preschool-centric initiatives and/or Active Parents movement. • Amplify outreach efforts through engagement sessions, roadshows, and communications campaigns. • Contribute to integrated marketing communications, covering online and offline branding, publicity, and outreach efforts for Nurture Kids/Preschool initiatives and the Active Parents movement. • Evaluate outreach initiatives regularly and propose improvements to enhance effectiveness and reach. • Increase brand awareness and member acquisition for Nurture Kids and Active Parents through online and offline targeted outreach. • Drive growth in registrations, participation, and visitorship through effective publicity and communication channels. • Ensure efficient management of Nurture Kids/Preschool and Active Parents outreach and communication platforms. Requirements Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • Tertiary education in Sport Science and Management / Early Childhood Education/ Business / Communications / Arts and Social Sciences / Marketing, or relevant field • Relevant experience in event or project management, programme design, and managing strategic partnerships, preferably in sport, health, or community-related fields. • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders including children, parents, or educators to deliver programmes and initiatives. • Familiarity with the early childhood or family wellness landscape in Singapore is advantageous. • Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to independently produce effective communications and marketing materials. • Experience in integrated marketing campaigns, covering both online and offline deliverables, including digital content planning, copywriting, and social media content is advantageous. • Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent, and comfort with data and analytics tools is advantageous. • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, creative curiosity, and a genuine understanding of the target audience, including parents of young children and early childhood educators.
