Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: The Assistant Manager/Manager will work in tandem with the Team Lead, Partnership Development and Admin Excellence to develop the Sport Development Group’s partnership growth and engagement plan with the support of partnership schemes to achieve the desired outcomes. This will include the Associate Partners Scheme (APS), related grants as well as develop new partnership areas to better serve the group’s needs in terms of extending programme reach and to develop the sport industry and ecosystem. You will also fulfil the following responsibilities: • Develop partnership schemes through studying partnership requirements from internal stakeholders. • Support the implementation and expansion of the APS by attracting partners to sign-up and processing new applications. Preparation of assessment report for approval is required as part of new partner application paperwork. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to book sport facilities for partners. • Support the Team in identifying suitable organisations to form potential Associate Partners Scheme (APS) partnerships through engaging current and potential partners, to increase the supply of sports programmes. • Conduct site visit to observe partners’ programme to understand their business. • Review and manage the list of eligible APS partners periodically. • Support the Team in developing grant concept. • Manage day-to-day grant paperwork, prepare evaluation, grant disbursement reports and monitor grant recipient’s KPIs and deliverables. Ensuring grants are well-managed and achieve their intent. • Support other events and initiatives in Sport Development Group. Requirements Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • Experience in grant management is advantageous • Relevant experience in project governance and management • Strong written and oral communication skills in English for report preparation and communicating with stakeholders. • A collaborative team player with strong inter-personal skills • An understanding of Singapore sporting ecosystem
