The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 12-months Full-time contract. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Responsibilities Role & Responsibilities: • Manages day-to-day delivery of para/ adaptive sport programmes, reporting to the Senior Manager (PSA)/ Deputy Director. • Apply the coach management framework set by the Senior Manager/ Deputy Director to ensure consistent coaching standards across the programme portfolio. • Manage a portfolio of para sport programmes, coordinating coaches, participants, caregivers, and logistics to ensure smooth programme delivery and a positive participant experience. • Work closely with coaches to manage scheduling, attendance, and session logistics for programmes within portfolio. • Serve as a key point of contact for participants and caregivers, handling enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner, and escalating issues where necessary to the Senior Manager/ Deputy Director. • Support outreach and recruitment efforts to drive participation in PSA programmes. • Oversee inventory management for the PSA, including procurement, maintenance, tracking, and distribution of sports equipment and resources across the full programme portfolio. • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, and that coaches and participants have access to the equipment they need to deliver and participate in quality programmes. Requirements Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • Relevant experience in sport development, club management, or related field of work. • Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's sporting ecosystem, the sports landscape and disability-related issues and challenges. • Experience in project and stakeholder management. • Strategic thinking capability with understanding of long-term planning and implementation processes. • Genuine commitment to disability inclusion with ability to incorporate diverse perspectives into decision-making processes. • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and well-organised individual. • Responsive to dynamic changes and takes initiative. • Experience in competitive sport and/or coaching is advantageous.
