Manager/ Senior Manager, School Campus (Projects)

As Manager/ Senior Manager, School Campus (Projects) in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that manages building infrastructure and facilities enhancement projects. Responsibilities • Manage infrastructure programmes and projects to enhance school campuses and facilities through renovation and systems upgrading (e.g. Lift installation, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems upgrade) to better meet educational needs, improve barrier-free accessibility and implement security and energy efficient strategies etc. • Manage the procurement and administration of consultancy and building/ renovation contracts • Review consultants’ design proposals to ensure adherence to MOE’s requirements • Promote partnerships with schools and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of infrastructure facilities enhancement and building projects to meet schools’ needs Requirements • Preferably with more than 5 years of relevant working experience in M&E engineering in the built environment or other related fields • Experience in M&E systems implementation and integration would be an advantage • Good knowledge and understanding of the building industry and regulations • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Proactiveness and ability to work well independently and in a team As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
