As Manager/ Senior Manager, School Campus Department in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that formulates strategic plans and policies to improve school Facilities Management (FM), and plans and implements Smart Infrastructure* projects that leverage technologies to optimise functional outcomes.[DW1.1][YC1.2] *Smart Infrastructure projects refer to projects that leverage technologies (such as Building Management System, Geospatial Information System, Video Management System, Access Control System, Robotics and Fleet Management, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning), integrating work functions (such as facility management, planning and construction) to achieve better functional outcomes while lowering operating expenses and manpower needs. Responsibilities • Plan, implement, and manage Smart Infrastructure projects (e.g. contract and budget management), interfaces and applications (including mobile and web applications) in schools to improve building performance, operational efficiency and environmental sustainability • Develop governance frameworks, policies, structures and processes, and secure resources (e.g. funding) to improve project outcomes and operations • Develop and implement engagement strategies (e.g. on-boarding and training) with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery, transition to new processes and effective policy implementation • Analyse and report project outcomes, and recommend latest technologies (e.g. IOT, predictive maintenance, robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.) with an evidence-based and data-driven approach Requirements • Preferably at least 5 years of work experience in Smart Infrastructure in the built environment or other related fields • Experience in developing and implementing FM policies/ processes and systems implementation would be preferred • Good knowledge and understanding of the building industry and regulations • Strong analytical thinking, written and verbal communication, and project management skills • A proactive and independent team player with good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
