Step 2 · The role

You will lead a team to strengthen the security posture of Singapore's defence industry by conducting security risk assessments and implementing effective risk mitigation measures. Through your work, you will help safeguard MINDEF/SAF's classified information. Responsibilities You will lead a team to engage defence industry partners, formulate, review, and enhance security risk assessment frameworks to address evolving security threats. You will conduct security risk assessments of defence industry partners, assess facilities for their suitability to handle classified information, and engage stakeholders to identify security vulnerabilities, recommend risk mitigation measures to an acceptable level, and strengthen security governance across the defence industry. Requirements You should possess a tertiary qualification with experience in security management, risk assessment or related disciplines. You are expected to demonstrate strong networking, analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage stakeholders effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Possession of an ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) accreditation will be an advantage.
