Organisational Resilience and Inclusion Centre for Organisational Resilience and Inclusion (CORI), Ngee Ann Polytechnic We are looking for a practitioner-facilitator who believes that sustainable organisations are built from the inside out, and who can take complex ideas about human systems and organisations and make them genuinely accessible. This role sits at the intersection of organisational development, human systems thinking, and experiential learning. You will translate CORI's frameworks and methodology into learning Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: • Facilitate engaging learning experiences for working professionals, leaders, and managers focused on: o Understanding human systems and what drives organisational behaviour o Building psychological safety and trust within teams o Developing self-awareness and emotional literacy as leadership capabilities o Navigating diversity, tension, and conflict in teams o Creating the conditions for collective alignment and performance in teams • Support the design and delivery of CORI's experiential learning programmes, including public runs, corporate workshops, and consultancy engagements, and translate complex ideas into accessible learning for across multiple segments of learners • Facilitate reflective dialogue and group processes that help participants move from awareness into genuine behavioural change • Co-facilitate with senior CORI faculty, with opportunities to take increasing ownership of modules over time • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of CORI's curriculum and methodology Requirements Essential prerequisites relating to years of experience, skills, knowledge and attributes • A relevant tertiary qualification, with at least 3 years of professional experience in organisational development, human resources, learning and development, counselling, coaching, facilitation, leading teams or related fields • Familiarity with the language and practice of Gestalt OD, Dialogic OD, or related depth-oriented approaches to human and organisational development • The ability to simplify complex concepts without flattening them - to find the everyday language, story, or analogy that makes an idea land without losing its precision • Strong facilitation skills and ability to hold a room with presence, inspire trust, read group dynamics in real time, and work with what is emerging rather than simply delivering content • Experience in facilitating reflective or experiential learning with adult learners • A reflective practitioner who is actively engaged in their own self-development and understands that you can only take participants as far as you yourself are willing to go It Would Be an Advantage If You Have: • Attended one or more CORI programmes or modules, and have direct experience of CORI's approach to learning and development • Training or certification in Gestalt OD, coaching, counselling, or a related modality that grounds your facilitation in a coherent understanding of human psychology • Experience working with organisational systems in consulting, HR business partnering, or internal OD roles, and an understanding of the dynamics that shape how teams and cultures function • Experience co-designing or adapting learning programmes to meet the specific needs of different organisational contexts CORI practitioners are agents of awareness before agents of change. We believe in helping people see the human dynamics that shape their organisations, and giving them the language and the courage to do something about it. If you believe that this kind of work matters, and that it should be accessible to far more people than it currently reaches, we would like to hear from you.
