Step 2 · The role

Policy FormulationPolicy & Planningtemporarylead

As part of the Risk Management team, you will support the organisation-wide implementation of NYP’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. You will be involved in working with multiple stakeholders to monitor and report risks and contribute towards building greater awareness of risk management across the organisation. Responsibilities Enterprise Risk Monitoring and Reporting • Support the tracking and upkeep of the enterprise risk registers, ensuring that the contents are consistent and up-to-date. • Collaborate with Risk Co-ordinators to collect and analyse data for the organisation’s Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). • Support the preparation of management reports, featuring key insights and recommendations. Risk Culture Building • Support the planning and execution of capability building initiatives and risk communications activities (e.g. co-ordinate relevant training programmes, develop toolkits and resources and update the microsite). • Organise engagement sessions with relevant stakeholders to raise awareness of risk and exchange best practices in risk management. Event and Secretariat Support • Provide general administrative and secretariat support for ERM‑related platforms. • Support the organising and execution of events and/or meetings under the department’s ambit, as well as take on relevant administrative functions such as finance and procurement for the department. Requirements • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle, interpret and derive insights from data, using relevant productivity tools (e.g. Excel/Power BI) as needed. • Good organisational skills with attention to detail. • Prior working experience in the public sector is an advantage, but not a requirement. #LI-Onsite
