Stakeholder & Enquiry Management • Attend to enquiries from companies and applicants via phone and email, providing clear and accurate information on grant processes and requirements. • Coordinate with internal teams where necessary to resolve enquiries or escalate cases appropriately. Administrative Support • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the division, including maintaining records, tracking case statuses, and supporting internal processes. • Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as required to support the smooth running of the division. How We Work Together We value individuals who demonstrate our CoRE values – collaborating effectively across teams, engaging others with respect, acting with courage to speak up and make decisions, and being enterprising in taking ownership, learning continuously, and driving outcomes in a dynamic environment.
