Enterprise Singapore is the government agency championing enterprise development. The agency works with committed companies to build capabilities, innovate and internationalise. It also supports the growth of Singapore as a hub for global trading and startups, and builds trust in Singapore’s products and services through quality and standards. The Partners Division within Enterprise Singapore develops programmes and platforms with partner organisations such as SME Centres and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) through which EnterpriseSG assists SMEs at scale. Responsibilities As a member of the SMEC team in the Partners Division, you will be working with SME Centres and IHLs to assist SMEs in Singapore. The team formulates and implements strategies through which SMECs and IHLs to support the growth and capability development of local SMEs. In addition, the team will manage the SMEC Centre programme as well as EnterpriseSG’s flagship programme for broadbased companies, Enterprise Leadership for Transformation (ELT) programme. You will be expected to: • Serve as the primary account manager for SMECs, developing deep understanding of their operational needs, constraints, and required support; • Strategise, plan and manage projects in partnership with SMECs and IHLs, establishing clear milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs), while ensuring comprehensive tracking and timely reporting of project outcomes; • Create, manage and review programmes including SME Centre and ELT programmes (operated through SME Centres and IHLs); • Provide timely reporting of programme feedback and management of data, which includes SMECs and IHLs’ deliverables and fund disbursements; • Assess and monitor the impact and effectiveness of programmes of both qualitative and quantitative data; • Work closely with key partners (e.g. TACs, other government agencies) in identifying industry and SME challenges and support the development of relevant projects; and • Support strategic communications and engagement efforts with SMECs and IHLs. You will have the opportunity to work closely with business leaders in Singapore. Requirements An ideal candidate would be action-oriented, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidates with experience in strategy development, programme development and partners management will have an advantage.
