The Healthcare team in the Healthcare & Biomedical Division is responsible for shaping and delivering initiatives to support the growth of healthcare companies. Responsibilities This role plays a key part in driving the growth and development of the healthcare ecosystem, focusing on AI in healthcare and digital transformation of the strategic healthcare services providers. Industry & Programme Development • Formulate strategies and develop programmes to support healthcare companies. Enterprise Development & Stakeholder Engagement • Identify and account manage innovative start-ups and high-growth enterprises, to facilitate their growth and expansion • Work closely with government agencies and ecosystem partners to support company growth and expansion. • Engage stakeholders including venture builders, incubators, accelerators, and investors. Market Intelligence & Industry Advancement • Research and analyse local and global industry trends. • Promote adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices. Requirements What You'll Be Using and Applying • Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred. • At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare services, healthcare IT services, or related domains, with exposure to account management, business development, or similar roles. • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively. • Demonstrated analytical thinking, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong business acumen and proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
