(Senior) Development Partner, Retail Division

We are looking for a dynamic officer to join Enterprise Singapore's Retail Division. This role is crucial in driving our two key strategic priorities: uplifting sector productivity and enhancing the vibrancy of Singapore's retail landscape. To fulfil these objectives, you will engage key stakeholders in the retail industry and work closely with retail enterprises to drive their growth and transformation. Responsibilities Your job will entail: - Partnering with local retail businesses to identify growth opportunities, develop business strategies, and implement transformation initiatives - Monitoring industry trends and providing insights to help shape policies and programmes for the retail sector - Developing and implementing programmes and productivity initiatives that help retailers optimise operations and reduce manpower dependencies - Fostering innovation and new retail concepts that contribute to a dynamic and vibrant retail landscape - Collaborating with Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) and other retail ecosystem partners to develop and execute industry-wide initiatives Requirements What we are looking for: - Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement - A strategic thinker, with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to work effectively across teams and sectors - A strong passion for local brands!
