Step 2 · The role

EducationCommunity Development, Partnership & Engtemporarymanager

The successful candidate is required to build and strengthen strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive outreach, stakeholder engagement, and RP’s brand through the arts, sports, service-learning, and leadership pillars. This includes identifying new opportunities, managing key partner relationships, and aligning initiatives. This role also requires the candidate to guide staff in delivering impactful Service-Learning experiences that empower students to create meaningful local and global impact. Responsibilities • Manage strategic partnerships with local and international stakeholders (e.g. schools, community groups, agencies) • Identify and manage a portfolio of high-impact partners; uncover new partnership opportunities • Drive stakeholder alignment and cross-functional coordination for partnership initiatives • Plan and execute engagement activities; track outcomes and optimise strategies using data and digital tools • Lead and guide staff in delivering Service-Learning projects (primarily local and overseas) and mentor student leaders in the Service-Learning Club to drive growth and impact • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements • At least 3 years of relevant experience in partnership and outreach roles, preferably within the education sector • Passion for working with people, student-centric, empathetic, and able to engage various stakeholder groups effectively • Proactive, resourceful, and able to execute and improve operations independently • Good communication skills for working with community partners, students and staff • Strong organisational and administrative skills to manage programmes, operations, and resources effectively • Proficient with marketing and content creation (e.g. social media, visual and video platforms), using visual design and video tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent platforms) • Knowledge of MS Office, IT systems, and statistical analysis, automation, productivity, and dashboards (eg: Power Automate, Power BI, etc) will be an added advantage
