School of Business – Associate Lecturer (Digital Marketing and Communications) Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: • Facilitate student learning in one or more areas, including: - Digital media and social media content - Digital marketing and integrated marketing communications - Content creation across platforms - Public relations and corporate communications - Storytelling, video or multimedia production - Generative AI for communication and content creation • Translate industry experience into practical lessons, examples, activities and feedback. • Coach students through consultations, project discussions and formative feedback. • Support an engaging, inclusive and practice-oriented learning environment. Requirements • Relevant qualifications in Communications, Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or related fields. • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience. • Ability to facilitate learning, guide discussions and provide clear, constructive feedback. • Working knowledge of Generative AI and its applications in communication, media or content creation. • Strong communication skills and a good command of English. • A practical, learner-centred approach and a willingness to work with diverse groups of students.
