Assistant Director (Training Analytics) - Army

You play a pivotal role in collating and analysing data related to established Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) and Measures of Performance (MOPs) that the Army uses to determine the combat effectiveness of units, to enable Units and Army to better scope their learning and drive desired actions to achieve the correct outcomes. Responsibilities - Drive data governance frameworks - Define and classify data from past cases - Provide specialised data analysis capabilities - Govern data structures and processes to facilitate further processing and distribution to training partners - Conduct trend analysis to help determine the effectiveness of implemented solutions Challenge(s) - Keeping abreast of current operational and training developments to identify new areas of data that require recording and analysis Requirements - Education in Data Analytics, Operational Research, or a related field - At least 6 years of relevant experience in data analysis, operational research, or a related discipline - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and perform under time pressure - Good interpersonal and communication skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
