We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive to support Continuing Education and Training (CET) operations and provide Personal Assistant (PA) support to the Principal of ITE College Central. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include managing course logistics and timetabling, coordinating with trainers, supporting performance reporting, and ensuring smooth programme delivery. In addition, business development, sourcing for new clients and partners to grow the CET enterprise, account management, process improvement & automation are also integral to the position. The role also covers calendar management, travel arrangements, event coordination, and drafting reports and correspondence. Requirements The ideal candidate should have strong organisational and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration and marketing tools. Prior experience with process improvement and marketing projects are a key advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
