We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive officer to support our sales operations, procurement, pricing, and product development functions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing analytical and planning support to drive commercial objectives and enhance Sentosa's destination appeal. Responsibilities • Assist in maintaining and updating pricing data, supporting pricing analysis, benchmarking and basic financial modelling, and reviewing promotional pricing and discounts to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and pricing policies • Assist in product development planning by consolidating cross-functional inputs, tracking development timelines, compiling market trends, visitor insights and competitor offerings to surface innovation opportunities, and supporting the development of new products, bundles and curated experiences that enhance Sentosa's destination appeal and commercial performance • Review and improve cross-departmental workflow processes to drive greater operational efficiency • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing systems, scheduling, and handling partner and stakeholder enquiries • Process invoices and purchase orders, generate and manage sales records, and track sales revenue and campaign outcomes for reporting purposes • Support government procurement processes, including preparing and coordinating tender documents for submissions and maintaining procurement records Requirements • Ability to multitask and prioritise work efficiently, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills. • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in pricing analysis or data-driven decision making would be advantageous • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team • High self-discipline and ability to maintain focus under pressure • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Fundamental Power BI knowledge would be advantageous.
