The Digital Government for Business (DGB) Division at the Ministry of Trade and Industry is responsible for driving the digital transformation of how Government serves businesses. Our multidisciplinary team works with multiple agencies to redesign digital transactions between Government and businesses, and build Government digital products that businesses trust and value. We are seeking bold thinkers and passionate collaborators to help transform public service for businesses. Your primary role is to support MTI’s role as the business grants sectoral lead for the Whole-of-Government (WOG) business grants. This includes overseeing the grant governance efforts from the business grant administering agencies, working with stakeholders to review and streamline business grants and developing data-sharing strategies for business grants. Responsibilities • Engaging various government agencies to understand their grant management processes and various measures put in place for grant governance. • Working with different stakeholders to understand WOG grants data needs and coordinate with different agencies on data sharing efforts. • Working with different agencies to understand their grants policies and processes for grants streamlining. • Consolidating updates for reporting at key project monitoring platforms. Requirements • A degree in a relevant discipline. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Good writing and data management skills. • A keen eye for detail. • Experience in stakeholder management would be an advantage.
