Responsibilities As an Investigation Officer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and impartial investigations into various incidents or violations. In this role, you will: • Investigate reports lodged by employees regarding non-payment, underpayment, or excess deduction of CPF contributions. • Facilitate resolution of non-compliance issues and effectively manage disputes between employers/employees. • Take enforcement/prosecution actions to recover CPF contributions for employees. Requirements We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. • Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy in gathering, documenting, and analysing evidence. • Able to work well under pressure. • Knowledge of data analytics and automation tools would be an advantage. • Willing to travel to employees' workplaces to facilitate investigations. The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences. Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
