[1-year Agency Contract] Manager/Senior Manager (Capability Enabling)

You will be part of a dynamic team that enhances Maritime Singapore’s competitiveness by facilitating maritime companies’ efforts to build manpower, business, and productivity capabilities. You will contribute towards Singapore's growth and development as a leading International Maritime Centre. Responsibilities [What you will be working on] Your key role is to administer the Maritime Cluster Fund (MCF) to support manpower, business development, productivity initiatives and transformation efforts. This includes developing and maintaining frameworks, knowledge management, business process reviews and digitalisation to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and governance in the grant administration. You may also be required to promote the usage of MCF through industry events or activities, engage stakeholders to understand their needs and identify gaps, and conduct reviews to fine-tune or enhance the MCF to ensure industry relevance and effectiveness. Requirements [What we are looking for] • At least 2 years of working experience. • Experience in grant management or related function and familiarity with the maritime industry will be an advantage. • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders • Detail-oriented and enterprising • Driven and enthusiastic team player with ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment The successful candidate will be placed on a 1-year recruitment agency contract.
